West and Midlands Iris Group
If you are interested in irises and live in the Midlands, the West of England or Wales, why not join The West & Midlands Group of The British Iris Society?
Founded in 1974, the group brings together people who grow and love irises. Some may be experts, many are beginners, but we all enjoy sharing our knowledge and problems with others who have the same interest.
We are a small friendly group, meeting four or five times a year for slide shows, talks or garden visits throughout the area to see irises of all kinds.
We have a stand at the Malvern Spring Gardening Show and hold our own annual show and plant sale. We also have plant sales between members, often including varieties that may not be generally available.
Our newsletter features reports on garden visits and meetings, together with details of forthcoming events.
